CustomizationEverything you see in the AYYA store (and pretty much anything you can imagine) can be custom made to your specifications. All you have to do is ask. Here are some of the design features you can choose from:Note that items listed as "custom" will not occur setup costs. Laser Cutting + Engraving Leather items have specific areas you can fill with laser engraved images, or die-cut appliqué art of your choice. If you want your artwork on leather, we will send you a file with the shapes which you can fill with your art and send back to us. We accept raster graphics, vector art (aka line art), drawings, photos, or anything else, but un-digitized art (drawings and photos) will incur an image conversion fee. Die-cut appliqués must be vector art, and complex designs will incur a stitching fee. RATES Setup $ 25 Image Conversion $ 15 (This is if you send us a photo or drawing. Avoid this charge by sending us a digitized file (Photoshop / Illustrator / Corel Drawl) Laser time $ 1 per minute (Laser time depends on the size, density, and complexity of the image being engraved or cut) Top-Stitch Designs For requested items you can fill specific areas with a top-stitch design of your choice. Top-stitch designs are not computerized embroidery, they are hand stitched using an antique single needle top-stitch machine. Top-stitching is best suited for lines and outlines. If you want your artwork top-stitched, we will send you a file with the shapes which you can fill with your art and send back to us. RATES setup $ 25 stitching $ 1 per inch. Custom Art If your are interested in customizing with either Laser or Top-Stitch art and would like us to to create the graphic designs or hand drawn illustrations for you, no problem. Take a moment to clearly communicate what you would like. Our design team will work on it until your vision is realized. RATES $ 40 per hour for drawing or design time Leather, Faux Leather, & Fur Options Choose you own leather or faux leather color combos, fur, or exotic leathers. We have access to a wide range of colors, metallics, exotics, special processes (antique, crackle, wash, full up, crinkle, spatter), and embossed patterns / textures (crocodile, snake, ect). Availability in smaller quantities is constantly changing, so for now we do not offer a list of leathers colors / styles. We encourage you check out our other leather items and choose from the many colors, styles, and exotics seen on our site. If something you request from our site is not available we will reply with some comparable alternatives for you. If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, we suggest searching images.google.com for the material and color you'd like. Send us examples of what you want, and we'll let you know if we can find something similar. RATES Unless specified to customize leather colors, add $50 (for 1 or 2 colors) For more than 2 colors, add an additional $25 per color. Exotic Leathers (All exotics are leagal game and wildlife certified leathers) For Snake, add $32 per 1.5 meter piece. For Fish, add $20 per 1 square foot. For Lizard, add $25 per 2 square foot. For Stingray, or Ostrich, add $40 per square foot. For Crocodile belly, add $29 inch. For Crocodile belly, add $34 per inch. Fur For Possum Fur, add $40 per skin All specialty / exotic leathers and furs are subject to availability. Color / Fabric Options Inquire about the possibility to make existing items in colors / fabrics other than what is listed. First we have to check the availability of your request and then respond with what we found. RATES Unless specified to customize Colors / Fabrics, add $25 (for 1 or 2 colors) For more than 2 Colors / Fabrics, add an additional $10 per Color / Fabric. Custom Designs or Custom Fit Items If you want any kind of custom garment designed just for you, all you have to do is ask. If we choose to make it, we reserve the right to use it in a future collection. If you would like your custom garment to be one of a kind then that needs to be specified, and will be added to the price of your garment. We can also re-pattern and custom tailor any of our pieces to your exact body shape. In both these cases, you will need to be professionally measured. RATES To design and sample a new item: $10 per hour for the tailor, plus cost of materials and consulting fee (will vary according to the complexity of the design). Contact us with your ideas to get an estimate. For custom fitting an existing design to your exact measurements: $10 per hour plus the retail cost of the item. New patterns usually take between 3-5 hours to produce. Silver or Gold Plated Hardware Many of our leather items include specialty hardware, which can be upgraded to cast sterling silver or 18k gold dipped silver.
