AYYA unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell in our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any DEFECTIVE items you wish to return.
We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are dissatisfied with the fit, quality, or size of an item, let us know within 14 days, and we'll make it right.
Please note the following limitations:
• Item must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery.
• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
If you would like to exchange or return merchandise purchased from the AYYA Webstore for a different size, please email us with your order number and reason for return, and we will get back to you with how to proceed.
You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your return is processed, one of two things will happen:
1. We will promptly ship you a replacement item, or ...
2. We will email you a coupon code for store credit, and you can place your new order online anytime.
