SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all customers via Certified USPS from our warehouse in California, or EMS from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia. When your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We are required to provide commercial invoices for all orders, including a physical street address and phone number.
Shipping time is anywhere between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. If you have not received your package within two weeks of our shipping confirmation email, please check your local post office or customs office. Your country may require you to pay additional duty fees.
